Eve's Double Chocolate Chip Cookies!

You will need:

One cup butter
One cup sugar
One egg
Two tablespoons of milk
One teaspoon vanilla essence
One and a half cups of flour
One teaspoon baking powder
Two tablespoons cocoa powder
One or two pinches of turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, allspice
One 12 ounce bag of semisweet chocolate chips

Then:

Slowly melt the butter in a large saucepan
Add the sugar and stir into the melted butter
Remove the saucepan from the heat

Lightly beat the egg with the milk and vanilla essence
Add the beaten egg mixture gradually to the saucepan, mixing with a wooden spatula

Sift the flour with the baking powder, cocoa and spices
Stir in the flour to the saucepan mixture, a scoop at a time

Add the chocolate chips, stirring them in well

Place the saucepan in the fridge for at least an hour

Heat the oven to 350F

Place spoonfuls of cookie mixture spaced apart onto a greased baking sheet

Bake for 7 - 11 minutes - until cookies are browning

Remove cookies from baking sheet and cool on a wire tray

Remember to test a couple of cookies yourself!
